I'm an NCCA-Accredited personal trainer, I ran a farm-to-table cafe for 15+ years, and I've been through the wringer with my health and fitness, so I understand the stress that poor health has on your body.

I've battled an eating disorder, navigated an intense and exhausting perimenopause, and witnessed my mother’s strength and independence fade as her MS progressed.. All of this is to say, I have a deep empathy for people and a desire to use movement and nutrition to help navigate transition phases of life.

I've built UpShift to take my expertise in fitness and nutrition and create a personal training experience that supports your health, builds trust, and creates lasting results. I specialize in menopause, senior health, and nutrition consulting.
